Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WashDeck, provided by Chasing Growth t/a Intetrix Solutions (“Intetrix Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using WashDeck(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

1. The Service

WashDeck is software that helps car-wash businesses manage intake, point of sale, job tracking, inventory, loyalty and reporting. We may improve, change or add features over time.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping passwords and staff PINs confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for your staff's use of the Service and for the data you enter into it.
• You must have the right to enter any personal information (such as your customers' details) into the Service and to have us process it on your behalf.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• WashDeck is offered on subscription plans. New accounts may start with a free trial; no charge applies during the trial.
• Prices are displayed in USD for reference and billed in South African Rand (ZAR) through our payment processor, Paystack.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You authorise us and Paystack to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes.
• We may change plan pricing or features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, and changes take effect from your next billing period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at support@intetrixsolutions.tech.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
• attempting to access other businesses' data or to breach our security;
• interfering with or disrupting the Service; or
• reselling or copying the Service without our permission.

6. Your data

As between you and us, you own the data you enter into WashDeck. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intetrix Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
